Seminario sobre Estrategias Narrativas del Sonido
El día martes 26 de junio se llevará a cabo el Seminario “La imagen es el 60%, pero el sonido es el otro 60%”, a cargo del Prof. Ernesto Figge, en el marco de uno de los eventos más convocante del interior del país: Encuentro Regional de Telecomunicaciones – Rosario 2012. Esta actividad comenzará a las 12 hs y no tendrá ningún costo para aquellos que se hayan preacreditado desde el sitio web del Encuentro.
“Aunque en la actualidad la fascinación que ejercen las imágenes es innegable, el aparato perceptivo de los seres humanos necesita de un sistema que le dicte a los ojos hacia donde ver: el sistema auditivo”. Con esa simplicidad explica Ernesto Figge la importancia de manejar las herramientas de sonido, el eje de su disertación.
Su experiencia como profesor titular de la cátedra “Sonido y Tecnología” lo ha facultado para capacitar en las estrategias que, a lo largo de la cadena de producción, aprovechan las posibilidades narrativas del sonido y las hacen jugar a su favor.
“En los productos audiovisuales es entonces tan importante el diseño de imagen como el sonoro”, sentencia Figge quien adelantó que comenzará su presentación con el tópico: Cómo preservar la magia, sin dudas una charla que promete.

Seminar on Narrative Strategies of Sound
The Seminar named “Image is a 60% and sound is the other 60%” will be led by Professor Ernesto Figge on Tuesday, June 26, in the context of one of the most popular event within the country: “Encuentro Regional de Telecomunicaciones – Rosario 2012”. It will start at 12:00 am and at no cost for those pre-registered through our official website.
Professor Ernesto Figge simply explains the importance of handling audio tools – the main pillar of his presentation – saying: “ While the fascination offered by images is undeniable at the present time, human beings’ perceptive apparatus needs a complement to show their eyes the way to go, that’s the hearing system”.
His experience as Regular Professor of the “Sound and Technology” Chair has empowered him to train on strategies, which through the whole production line, take advantage of narrative prospects of sound encouraging their development.
“In audio-visual products, it’s important to bear in mind that image design is as important as sound”, says Figge who has anticipated that the first part of his speech will begin with: “How to keep magic”. Certainly, it will be an auspicious speech.
